Adjuncts: 10% salary increase
Faculty: Parental leave win, which allows bargaining unit members employed for at least one semester to be eligible for up to one semester of paid parental leave, which runs concurrently with FMLA, with full pay if taken by one parent or half pay if both parents take it concurrently.
Non-Exempt: Increased insurance premium coverage for individuals with an Annual Salary of $50,000 - $99,999. NNMC will pay 75% of the premium, and the individual will pay 25% of the premium.
