RAMIRO "TREY" PEREYRA
VP FOR THE COMMITTEE ON POLITICAL EDUCATION (COPE)
Ramiro “Trey” Pereyra has served his local union since 2015 holding a variety of positions including Vice President, Lead Negotiator, and currently, Co-President of PSRP Employees. He has worked as a Paraprofessional for Special Education and as an HR Specialist. He serves on AFT’s LGBTQ+ Taskforce and AFT-NM PSRP Taskforce. In 2023, he was elected the State Vice President of COPE and Legislation.
